About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in organizing files using Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Forms, Google Drive, Canva, Notion, Discord, and LinkedIn.
2. Collaborate with the video editor team to track and document videos supplied by creators and edited videos for content repurposing.
3. Prepare working documents and transcripts for the content writing team, ensuring accuracy and adherence to guidelines.
4. Organize files, maintain task notion pages, and update content calendars for smooth workflow within the content writer and content design teams.
5. Transfer approved content from transcripts to respective Canva files for the content design team to work on.
6. Review designs for errors, obtain approval, and transfer final designs to the appropriate drive folders.
7. Schedule and post content on social media accounts, boost engagement, and manage community interactions as part of the social media management team.
8. Collaborate with the content calendar design team to assemble content from writers and designers into a comprehensive content calendar.
9. Prepare and maintain Google Sheets and Google Docs associated with the content calendar, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications.
10. Cross-check content for standards and specifications outlined by the content calendar designer, alerting the creative team of any errors and coordinating necessary fixes.
