About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Co-create the content strategy for the venture with specific milestones, aimed at creating an identity for the brand among target user group
2. Create videos, reels/shorts, messages, forms/polls based on finalized content strategy
3. Edit the content and publicize them according to strategies to increase traction.
4. Create relevant and viral content. Actively monitor reception and feedback from the target audience and constantly revise content strategy or content

1. Be comfortable with video making and being the face of the brand

2. Awareness and working proficiency of video editing tools

3. Medium proficiency in Canva

4. Avid interest in segmentation, targeting, and marketing techniques

5. Previous experience in managing Instagram/YouTube/WhatsApp/Telegram channels. Bonus if you have created an online brand/scaled a brand presence significantly

6. Self-motivated and can work with the highest levels of accountability. Ownership will be given to the right candidate to experiment

7. Entrepreneurial and pursues continuous progress: We are looking for candidates who can operate independently and can take on responsibility for the brand and their own learning.
