About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Outreach & Recruitment: Proactively engage with senior HR leaders, managers, and recruiters across India through platforms like LinkedIn, inviting them to join our exclusive HR community
2. Build & Foster Community: Help create an interactive and welcoming environment within our WhatsApp-based community, encouraging discussions and participation among HR professionals
3. Engagement Activities: Plan and execute informal virtual meetups, webinars, and cross-industry networking sessions to promote knowledge-sharing and collaboration
4. Maintain Active Engagement: Develop strategies to keep community members engaged through creative content, polls, discussion topics, and peer-to-peer support
5. Collaborate with Mentors: Work closely with our experienced HR mentors to ensure the community offers value to its members and helps them build professional connections
6. Track Progress: Assist in tracking the growth and engagement of the community, analyzing feedback, and suggesting improvements to enhance the overall experience
