As a digital marketing intern, you will play a critical role in supporting our marketing efforts to expand our reach to new customers and deepen our engagement with existing customers. This internship offers hands-on experience in executing targeted digital marketing campaigns, content creation, social media management, and customer database management
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Content creation: Research, outline, write, and edit blogs that align with both technical accuracy and SEO objectives. Use Canva to create graphics for regular social media posts.
2. Targeted campaigns: Support the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns designed to reach new customers and engage current contacts, including email marketing and social media advertising.
3. Social media management: Help manage and grow company's presence on Linkedin, focusing on attracting new followers and engaging existing ones.
4. Email marketing: Assist in creating and managing email marketing campaigns targeted at both prospective customers and existing contacts within our accounts.
5. Market research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviour to inform and refine marketing strategies aimed at expanding our customer base.
6. Customer database creation and management: Help in the creation and maintenance of a comprehensive lead database. Ensure that customer information is up-to-date, segmented appropriately, and leveraged effectively in marketing campaigns.

1. Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a person with technical background with relevant marketing skills preferred
2. Digital marketing skills: Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including content marketing, social media, and email marketing.
3. Creativity: Strong writing skills with the ability to create engaging content for different platforms and audiences.
4. Technical proficiency: Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms. Experience with CRM systems or customer database management is a plus.
5. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
6. Passion for technology: A genuine interest in technology and digital transformation, particularly in the field of engineering services and construction.
7. Team player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
