As a Human Resources (HR) intern at CrakCode, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and innovative tech company. We are looking for someone who is proficient in English, both spoken and written, and has strong technical skills in MS-Excel, MS-Office, and MS-Word.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, screening resumes, and conducting initial phone screenings.
2. Help in onboarding new employees by preparing documents, conducting orientations, and setting up new hire training.
3. Support HR team in maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
4. Assist in organizing and coordinating HR projects and events such as training workshops and team-building activities.
5. Provide administrative support to the HR department by preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
6. Assist in compiling and analyzing HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HR initiatives align with company goals and values.
