Human Resources (HR) Work From Home Internship

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end hiring for various roles, including developers, designers, sales, and support staff for Brihat Infotech.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for internal hiring and project-based recruitment.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical rounds with department heads.
- Send offer letters, negotiate salaries, and onboard new employees.
2. HR Policies & Employee Management
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee grievances, performance reviews, and exit formalities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and payroll coordination with accounts.
3. Staff Augmentation & Client Handling
- Identify potential clients who need IT professionals on contract or project basis.
- Build relationships with companies looking for staff augmentation solutions.
- Manage the entire staff augmentation process from client acquisition to candidate placement.
- Coordinate with recruiters, manage contracts, and ensure smooth execution of staffing projects.
4. HR Operations & Engagement
- Organize employee engagement activities, training programs, and team-building events.
- Implement strategies for employee retention and motivation.
- Monitor workplace culture and suggest improvements for a positive work environment.
