About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Conduct initial screenings of candidates and participate in interviews as required.
3. Support onboarding processes for new hires, including preparation of onboarding materials and orientation sessions.
4.Maintain and update employee records and databases.
5. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
6. Help with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
7. Research best practices in HR and recommend improvements.
8. Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
