Responsibilities:
1. Assist in menu planning and development, ensuring a diverse and appealing selection of dishes.
2. Oversee food preparation and presentation to maintain high standards of quality and consistency.
3. Work closely with kitchen staff to train and mentor them in best practices and techniques.
4. Monitor inventory and ordering supplies to ensure efficient operation of the kitchen.
5. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special events and promotions.
6. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, following all health and safety regulations.
7. Provide excellent customer service and address any guest feedback or concerns promptly and professionally.
