About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain the backend using Python (Flask), integrating business logic and database operations
2. Develop the frontend using React Native for cross-platform mobile deployment
3. Write maintainable, efficient code and implement best practices to ensure the platform can grow without major rework
4. Collaborate on integrating a basic AI/chat agent feature into the app
5. Connect the agent's APIs/endpoints with the mobile frontend
6. Participate in brief daily check-ins with the founding team, sharing progress and blockers
7. Work closely with the founders to refine features, solve technical challenges, and shape the overall product
8. Maintain minimal documentation for key processes and code structure
9. Perform sanity testing to ensure smooth functionality and reliability

2. Individuals who have built or experimented with end-to-end applications—front-end to back-end—either through internships or personal projects

3. Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows

4. Eagerness to solve problems fundamentally. We are not a "fast-paced startup". rather startup that solves problems for good. thus ability to go in depth is much appreciated

5. Strong problem-solving mindset and an ability to self-manage tasks without much follow up

6. Strong preference to candidates with degree in computer science or related branches
