About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
a. Product and Market Research
1. Conduct research on potential international markets for products.
2. Analyze competitors and current trends in target markets to provide actionable insights.
b. Order Coordination
1. Assist with managing export orders, from initial inquiry to fulfillment, ensuring all requirements are accurately met.
c. Client Communication and Support
1. Support communication with international clients, addressing inquiries about products, pricing, and delivery timelines.
2. Assist with preparing presentations, product catalogs, and other marketing materials tailored for export clients.
d. Documentation and Compliance
1. Assist in preparing export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and other documents required for customs clearance.
e. Logistics Coordination
1. Work closely with freight forwarders and shipping agents to coordinate logistics, track shipments, and manage timelines to ensure timely delivery.
f. Pricing and Quotation Management
1. Help prepare accurate price quotations for international clients, considering factors like logistics, tariffs, and currency fluctuations.
g. Sales and Marketing Support
1. Assist in creating promotional materials for export markets, including product images, catalogs, and descriptions.
2. Help maintain relationships with existing clients and work on expanding the client base through targeted outreach.
f. Data Management and Reporting
1. Keep track of client interactions, sales data, and order histories using CRM software or spreadsheets.
2. Generate reports on export sales activities and provide data-driven insights to improve strategies.

Other requirements
1. Educational Background: Pursuing or completed a degree in International Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
2. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly for liaising with international clients.
3. Attention to Detail: Precision in managing orders and documentation to ensure accuracy in every step of the export process.
4. Analytical Skills: Ability to research markets and analyze data to provide insights.
5. Tech Proficiency: Comfortable with MS Office (especially Excel) and experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.
6. Understanding of International Trade: Basic knowledge of export documentation, trade compliance, and logistics processes.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 15000 per sale).
