As a customer service/customer support intern at Masterpet, you'll have the opportunity to utilize your proficiency in Malayalam, English, and Hindi to assist our diverse customer base. Your role will involve utilizing MS-Excel and CRM systems to provide exceptional support to customers.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
2. Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues by providing solutions and following up to ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
5. Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes and make recommendations.
6. Provide feedback to the management team on customer trends and issues.
7. Assist in various administrative tasks to support the customer service team.
