Community Management Work From Home Internship

We are creating India's first student-focused super-app. The app covers everything from education and immersive learning to virtual labs and varsity e-sports.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Building Communities: Establish and grow communities of students and gamers for our competitive e-sports platform on platforms like Discord, WhatsApp, and others.
2. Event Organization: Plan and manage online events and tournaments, and execute engaging campaigns.
3. Social Media Content Creation: Develop creative content for our social media platforms, including reels, posts, and more.
4. Organic Growth: Drive community growth by meeting monthly targets for member engagement and participation.
5. College Outreach: Collaborate with colleges to set up e-sports clubs and foster partnerships.
6. Influencer Collaboration: Identify and connect with influencers, negotiating affiliation terms to expand our platform's reach.
7. Strategic Initiatives: Develop and implement strategies to improve key metrics such as user count, Playstore downloads, engagement, DAU (Daily Active Users), MAU (Monthly Active Users), and other performance stats.
