Business Operations Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Bookkeeping & recurring billing: Maintain financial records by tracking expenses and revenues. Manage recurring billing, invoicing, and payment collection.
2. Invoicing management: Prepare, issue, and track client invoices. Update invoicing records regularly, ensuring accuracy. Reconcile discrepancies and follow up on overdue accounts.
3. Finance administration: Handle finance-related tasks, including payment tracking and expense reports. Assist the finance team with reporting tasks.
4. Client administration: Perform tasks related to client contracts and billing queries. Provide clients with assistance on billing inquiries.

Requirements:

1. Familiarity with invoicing systems and accounting software. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
2. Proficient in problem-solving. Maintain a welcoming demeanor. Comfortable using spreadsheets and daily software tools like Jira, Loom, and Slack.
