Business Development Work From Home Internship

About the Role:

As a Business Development Intern, your primary focus will be to acquire customers at our partner venues. You will play a key role in driving footfall and engagement at our facilities, ensuring customers have a seamless experience with Pi Play. This is a field-based role, involving direct interaction with players, potential customers, and venue managers in Bangalore.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

a. Customer Acquisition at Venues:
1. Drive footfall to our partner venues by engaging with potential customers.
2. Build relationships with players at venues, helping them onboard the Pi Play app for court bookings, match creation, and tournaments.
3. Provide assistance to customers, ensuring they have a positive experience at the venue.

b. Lead Generation and Outreach:
1. Conduct outreach efforts, including cold calls and on-ground promotions, to attract new customers.
2. Identify potential customer groups through on-site interactions, web searches, and local networks.

c. Partner & Venue Interaction:
1. Maintain relationships with venue managers to ensure smooth customer experiences.
2. Coordinate promotional activities with partner venues to enhance customer engagement.

d. Event Participation and Brand Promotion:
1. Attend tournaments and events hosted by Pi Play to promote the app and interact with potential customers.
2. Actively participate in community events to raise awareness and interest in Pi Play's offerings.

e. Operational Support:
1. Assist in managing day-to-day operations at venues, ensuring that customer queries and issues are resolved promptly.
2. Use CRM tools and Google Sheets to maintain records of customer acquisition activities and feedback.
