As a software testing intern at Onlighten Media, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in ensuring the quality and functionality of our digital products.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Collaborate with software developers to understand project requirements and create test plans.
2. Execute test cases and report any bugs or defects found during the testing process.
3. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.
4. Participate in regression testing to ensure that new features do not impact existing functionalities.
5. Assist in analyzing user feedback and implementing improvements to enhance user experience.
6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and procedures.
7. Gain exposure to various testing tools and methodologies to enhance your skills and knowledge in software testing.
8. Providing technical support via chat to assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving product issues.
