About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Collaborating with the illustrator to animate characters and scenes based on provided storyboards and illustrations
2. Creating smooth, engaging animations that align with our vision for child-friendly content
3. Designing and animating short clips and sequences that captivate the attention of young children
4. Ensuring animations are colorful, interactive, and appealing to the 2-6-year-old age group
5. Working on special projects, such as animated nursery rhymes, educational videos, and fun character interactions.
6. Adapting animations to suit different themes, such as outdoor adventures, family moments, or imaginative play
7. Making revisions to animations based on feedback

Other requirements
1. Previous animation internship or project experience preferred
2. Strong skills in animation software such as Adobe Animate, After Effects, or similar tools
3. Experience (or a strong interest) in creating content for young children, with an understanding of the visual and cognitive needs of the 2-6 age group

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 2000 per performance based).
We are developing contemporary Indian stories with relatable characters for young learners aged 2-6. We aim to create content that resonates with modern families, filling the gap we’ve noticed in the availability of modern contemporary Indian stories and videos for kids.
