About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Revenue generation: Collaborate and take support from relationship managers to meet revenue targets
2. Event planning budget management: Create proposals and manage wedding budgets, develop detailed wedding plans, including timelines, budgets, and checklists
3. Vendor coordination: Source and liaise with vendors to secure contracts and ensure services meet client expectations
4. Logistics management: Oversee all logistical details, including transportation, accommodations, and on-the-day coordination
5. Design and decor: Assist in the selection of themes, color schemes, decorations, and other design elements to create a cohesive and visually appealing wedding with the support of a design consultant
6. Problem-solving: Address and resolve any issues or emergencies that arise during the planning process and the events
7. Client support: Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the planning process and during the events
8. Team collaboration: Collaborate with the event planning team to ensure seamless execution of weddings, from initial consultation to the day-of coordination
