About the internship

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Webinar Manager Intern to support the planning, execution, and management of webinars and virtual events. This role is ideal for individuals with strong organizational skills and an interest in event management and digital communication. The intern will gain hands-on experience in end-to-end webinar operations, audience engagement, and digital marketing strategies.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Plan, organize, and manage webinars from start to finish, ensuring smooth execution.
2. Coordinate with speakers, panelists, and participants to schedule sessions and prepare content.
3. Set up webinar platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Webex) and ensure all technical aspects are in place.
4. Assist in creating promotional materials, registration pages, and email campaigns to drive attendance.
5. Moderate webinars, manage Q&A sessions, and address technical issues during live events.
6. Analyze attendee feedback and provide insights to improve future webinars.
7. Maintain records of webinar attendance and engagement metrics for reporting purposes.

Other requirements

Education: Pursuing/recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.

Skills:

1. Familiarity with webinar platforms like Zoom, Teams, or Webex.

2. Basic understanding of digital marketing and audience engagement strategies.

3. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.

4. Technical proficiency and ability to troubleshoot during live events.

Soft Skills: Attention to detail, adaptability, problem-solving, and a proactive attitude.

Experience: Prior experience in event coordination or digital communication is a plus.
