Hiring For UI/UX Graphic Designer Intern

Key Responsibilities:
UI/UX Design:
Design user interfaces for websites, mobile apps, and other digital products, focusing on both aesthetics and usability.
Create wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive mockups that demonstrate user flow and functionality.
Develop user personas, user journey maps, and process flows based on user research and data.
Ensure a consistent, brand-aligned design across all platforms and touchpoints.
Collaborate with the development team to ensure designs are implemented accurately and functionally.
Graphic Design:
Produce creative graphics, icons, illustrations, and other assets needed for the interface design.
Develop branding, logo design, and other visual elements as needed for digital experiences.
Optimize visual assets for performance across different devices and screen sizes.

Requirements:
Pursuing/Completed a degree in Graphic Design, HCI, Visual Communication, or related field.
A strong portfolio showing user-friendly designs for mobile and web apps.
Good knowledge of design tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, and Photoshop.
Understanding of how to do user research and test designs.
Good at communicating and working with others.
Ability to work on your own and manage several projects at once.
A passion for design and a willingness to keep learning and improving.
