Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conducting outbound calls to leads and prospects to promote our properties and services
2. Following up with potential clients to schedule appointments for property viewings
3. Collecting and updating customer information in our database for future reference
4. Assisting in creating and maintaining a positive image of the company through phone interactions
5. Handling customer inquiries and providing accurate information about our properties
6. Collaborating with the sales team to meet targets and achieve sales objectives
7. Learning valuable communication and negotiation skills from experienced professionals in the industry
