As a Telecalling intern at Universal Tribes, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you can hone your communication skills and gain valuable experience in the field of sales and customer service. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, answering incoming calls, and providing information about our products and services.
Key responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads
2. Answer incoming calls and address customer inquiries and concerns
3. Provide information about our products and services to interested customers
4. Maintain accurate records of all calls and customer interactions in MS-Excel
5. Follow up with potential leads via phone or email to ensure customer satisfaction
6. Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets
7. Continuously improve communication skills and product knowledge to better serve customers and contribute to the team's success.
