Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services.
2. Handle inbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in MS-Excel.
4. Assist in resolving customer queries and issues, providing excellent customer service.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
6. Participate in training sessions to enhance your telecalling skills and product knowledge.
7. Provide feedback to the management team on customer preferences and market trends.
