Talent Acquisition Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking).
2. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
4. Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit.
5. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
6. Support the creation of job descriptions and job postings.
7. Help with onboarding new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
8. Participate in recruitment events and job fairs as needed.
9. Conduct market research to identify talent trends and competitors.
10. Assist with various HR projects and initiatives as required.
