Talent Acquisition Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various roles within the company.
2. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
3. Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure data accuracy.
4. Help create job descriptions and post openings on relevant job boards.
5. Conduct reference checks and background screenings for potential hires.
6. Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition.
7. Contribute to special projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition.
