About the internship
Location: Treta Foundation, Shop No 2, The Healing Room, 101/17, opposite The Sunroom Cafe, Bijwasan, New Delhi, Delhi, 110061
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Prospect and Develop New Business: Identify potential customers through cold calls, emails, and networking. Utilize your creativity and persistence to reach out and connect with prospective clients.
2. Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Establish strong rapport with clients, effectively communicating the benefits of our therapies and services to drive sales.
3. Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs, ensuring a clear understanding of our offerings.
4. Meet Sales Targets: Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals through strategic and effective selling techniques.
5. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to effectively position our products and services.
6. CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in our CRM system.
7. Reception Management: Manage incoming and outgoing client interactions, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all visitors.
8. Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in B.Com, BBA, BA in Psychology, B.Sc., or a related field.
2. Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for engaging and building relationships with clients.
3. Self-motivated, goal-driven, and target-oriented, with a desire to excel in sales.
4. Local candidates within 5-7 km of Bijwasan, New Delhi, are preferred.
