Only those candidates can apply who:

1. Pursuing or recently completed a degree in engineering, renewable energy, environmental science, or a related field
2. Basic knowledge of solar energy systems
3. Good communication and teamwork skills
4. Willingness to travel within Pune and work on outdoor sites
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 350 per per visit).
