About the internship
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in managing inventory levels, stock replenishment, and merchandising.
2. Meet daily targets assigned by the respective manager.
3. Support in maintaining retail display standards to enhance customer experiences.
4. Handle customer interactions and provide product knowledge to improve customer service.
5. Competitor analysis with respect to Soulflower's top-selling SKUs and price offerings or deal offerings.
6. Collaborate with the retail team on executing promotional activities and campaigns.
7. Generate and analyze daily sales reports and other operational data.
8. Lead generation for assigned industries for example retail, banking, pharma, etc.
9. Lead generation through cold calls, walk-ins, LinkedIn, emails, references, etc. with respect to the w.r.t sales target shared.
10. Generated leads to be updated on Salesforce and followed up as per the CRM process till the lead closure.
11. Assist the corporate gifting team in creating tailored gifting solutions for clients.
12. Help manage corporate client inquiries, orders, and follow-up communications.
13. Participate in researching new products and packaging solutions for corporate gifting.
14. Coordinate with vendors for timely procurement and delivery of gifts.
15. Support in managing the logistics of gift customization, packing, and distribution.
