Recruitment Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Source candidates under the guidance of the hiring manager.
2. Ensure that only serious candidates apply.
3. Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads on various job portals.
4. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates for interviews.
5. Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to schedule interviews.
6. Assist with the onboarding process for new hires.
7. Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment database.
8. Help prepare job descriptions and other recruitment-related documents.
9. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications.
10. Participate in recruitment events and job fairs as needed.
11. Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
12. Work from 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM.
13. Enjoy Sundays off.
14. Monthly 3 Saturdays off.
