4. Assist and coordinate with site visitors, providing informative and engaging experiences.
5. Perform essential back-office tasks to support the sales team and ensure smooth operations.
6. Consistently deliver a customer-first approach, prioritizing client needs and ensuring a positive experience.
7. Communicate clearly and effectively at all levels, both internally within the organization and externally with clients.
8. Set, pursue, and surpass sales targets, driving business growth and achieving exceptional results.
9. Maintain regular follow-up with clients, driving sales by demonstrating and delivering added value.
10. Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of clients and properties, keeping detailed records of sales activities.
11. Skillfully negotiate deals with clients and prepare comprehensive sales agreements to secure successful transactions.
