Project Management Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Project Planning & Development: Defining project scope, setting timelines, creating project plans and budgets, identifying resources, and establishing risk management plans.
2. Task Management & Delegation: Assigning tasks to team members (design, content creation, etc.) and ensuring timely completion.
3. Monitoring & Tracking Progress: Tracking project progress against milestones, identifying and addressing roadblocks, and making adjustments as needed.
4. Communication & Reporting: Providing regular updates and reports on project status to stakeholders (clients and internal teams).
5. Client Needs Assessment: Working with clients to understand their marketing goals, target audience, and desired outcomes.
6. Vendor Management: Working with vendors and external partners to ensure their deliverables meet project requirements and deadlines.
7. Internal Team Collaboration: Coordinating and facilitating communication between internal teams (design, content marketing, etc.) to ensure smooth project execution.
8. Budget Management: Monitoring project budgets and taking steps to stay within financial constraints.
9. Quality Control: Ensuring the quality of deliverables aligns with client expectations.
10. Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating potential project risks.
11. Reporting & Analytics: Analyzing campaign performance and reporting key metrics to clients.
