As a program management intern at IIDE's Lower Parel office, you will play a crucial role in reviewing and ensuring the quality of tasks associated with the virtual internship program (IIDE's Virtual Internship Program is a one-month internship, welcoming participants from across the globe who work on tasks assigned by various departments at IIDE). In this role, you will be responsible for managing communications via WhatsApp and email, providing timely reports, overseeing sessions, and ensuring quality assurance. This position provides an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to the digital marketing and education industry.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Internship program management: Manage the review and quality assurance of tasks related to the virtual internship program. Handle communications via WhatsApp and email. Provide timely reports and conduct doubt-solving sessions for interns.
2. Feedback and performance monitoring: Check intern tasks, provide feedback, and review completion certificates. Follow up regularly with interns to correct task feedback and ensure deadlines are met. Offer suggestions to improve the internship program's standards.
3. Research and data accuracy: Conduct and maintain comprehensive research to ensure data accuracy. Provide insights to improve the internship program's processes and outcomes.
4. Additional duties: Take initiatives to enhance the overall internship processes and experience. Perform additional duties as requested by management.
