About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1st department in piping: Layout
1. Gain a basic understanding of Piping engineering
2. Identify piping interfaces
3. Prepare piping deliverables
4. Undergo on-job training in the layout department for specific activities

2nd department in piping: Material
1. Understand basics of pipe material specification
2. Perform pipe wall thickness calculation
3. Analyze codes and standards
4. Prepare MTO reports manually
5. Develop piping material specification
6. Create and update the valve list/SP. item list

3rd department in piping: Stress
1. Understand basics of pipe stress analysis
2. Develop skills in CAESAR II modeling for piping systems and flexibility analysis
