About part time job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes. Translate findings into actionable insights to drive product innovation.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders and assist in the development of products on the desired roadmap and timelines.
3. Develop product positioning, messaging, USPs & RTBs that effectively communicate the value proposition of the product to target audiences.
4. Execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches, including planning, execution, and post-launch analysis.
5. Conceptualize marketing collaterals to support sales and marketing efforts. Ensure that marketing materials effectively communicate product RTBs, benefits, and features.
6. Prepare product training material for internal stakeholders & external sales teams. Conduct training sessions as per the training schedule.
7. Monitor and analyze the performance of product marketing initiatives, including campaign effectiveness, lead generation, and sales conversion rates. Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve product performance.
8. Gather feedback from customers and sales teams to understand product strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement. Advocate for customer needs and preferences in product development discussions.

Other requirements
1. Experience in product management or a similar role, preferably within the health, wellness, or nutraceutical industry.
2. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
3. Detail-oriented with strong project management abilities.
4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Bachelors degree in science & B.Pharm is preferable.
