Human Resources (HR) Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting the HR team in posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews with candidates
2. Supporting the onboarding process by preparing welcome materials, setting up new employee profiles, and conducting orientation sessions
3. Maintaining accurate employee data in HR systems, updating contact information, and organizing paperwork
4. Filing and organizing HR documents, ensuring that employee records are kept confidential and up-to-date
5. Assisting with basic payroll tasks, helping employees with benefit-related questions, and ensuring accuracy in time tracking
6. Coordinating logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, preparing materials, and tracking attendance
7. Researching best HR practices, regulations, and industry trends to support team initiatives and projects
8. Assisting with planning and organizing employee events, wellness activities, and engagement initiatives to boost morale
9. Answering routine HR-related questions from employees and directing complex queries to the appropriate HR staff
10. Assisting in ensuring company policies comply with employment laws, and helping with audits or reviews as needed
