1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
2. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales or a client-facing role, preferably within the financial services industry
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
4. Strong ability to build relationships and develop trust with clients
5. Proficient in MS Office suite and CRM software
6. Good understanding of basic financial concepts and investment products
7. Passionate about personal finance and helping others achieve their financial goals
