As an Office Assistance intern at SPACE For Early Childhood Education, you will have the opportunity to utilize your skills in MS-Office, English, Hindi, and Marathi proficiency to support our team in providing high-quality educational programs. You will be an integral part of our office operations, assisting with administrative tasks and ensuring smooth communication between staff and parents.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in managing office documentation and filing systems
2. Handle incoming calls and emails, responding promptly and professionally
3. Support staff with scheduling meetings and appointments
4. Assist in preparing reports and presentations using MS-Office software
5. Help maintain organization and cleanliness of office space
6. Communicate effectively with parents and visitors in English, Hindi, and Marathi
7. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient day-to-day operations and support the overall mission of the organization.
