About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Identify, onboard, and manage affiliates while tracking performance and resolving queries
2. Assist the team with basic online (e.g., social media, email campaigns) and offline (e.g., events, community outreach) marketing initiatives
3. Maintain databases, generate reports, handle internal coordination, and track workflows
4. Research potential affiliates, hiring trends, and process improvements to optimize strategies
5. Source candidates, schedule interviews, manage hiring pipelines, and coordinate recruitment tasks

1. Experience with Outreach & Networking: Prior exposure to affiliate partnerships, recruitment, or lead generation is a plus
2. Social Media & LinkedIn Savvy: Comfortable with LinkedIn outreach, job postings, and engaging with potential candidates or affiliates online
3. Basic HR & Recruitment Knowledge: Familiarity with hiring processes, screening methods, and interview coordination is preferred
4. Analytical & Data Management Skills: Ability to track affiliate performance, maintain hiring pipelines, and manage data using Google Sheets/Excel
5. Self-Starter & Quick Learner: Someone who takes initiative, adapts quickly, and can work independently with minimal supervision
