About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conducting market surveys within Mumbai through questionnaires from shops, offices, etc, and interaction with the shop/ office owners/brokers with a view to understanding various aspects of the current rental market.
2. To study the websites currently operating and to physically visit the rental properties to understand greater details and summarise the data in an easily readable format.
3. To approach corporates/QSRs/banks with retail outlets to understand their requirement, nuances, and contact points/ways of working
4. To approach new residential/commercial projects and the plan for proposed/upcoming rental/lease properties.
5. To understand the demand from corporates for super-premium residential apartments
6. To understand the supply of super premium residential properties available for rentals through interaction with various buildings

a. Internship stipend will be Rs.12000 pm plus Rs. 3000 pm to cover the conveyance expenses, totaling Rs.15000 pm
b. The internship will be for 3 months, further extendible by 3 months based on performance
c. The internship will involve primarily field visits, with detailed daily reporting

We are looking to establish India's only website dedicated to leasing only of commercial and premium residential properties. Also, to get a view on the issues/ demand/supply currently in the rentals market.

For the purpose of doing market research in the rentals & leasing market, we require dynamic, smart go getters with excellent communication and persuasion skills. Person should have a good drive, and energy for physical visits to several premises and a flair for interaction with owners/brokers/corporates.
