About the internship

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation: Write and post engaging content related to HR topics, industry trends, and recruitment insights to attract followers and engage our audience.
2. Promotional Activities: Develop and execute promotional campaigns to showcase our recruitment services and increase brand awareness.
3. Job Posting Management: Regularly upload job postings to our LinkedIn page, ensuring accuracy and relevance to our target audience.
4. Audience Engagement: Respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, fostering a positive community around our brand.
5. Follower Growth: Implement strategies to increase followers and engagement on our LinkedIn page, including networking with industry professionals.
6. Data Management: Download and maintain a database of potential candidates and connections from LinkedIn for future recruitment efforts.
7. Reporting: Track and report on the performance of LinkedIn activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Other requirements

1. Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.

2. LinkedIn Proficiency: Strong familiarity with LinkedIn as a platform for professional networking, content sharing, and job postings.

3. Writing Skills: Excellent written communication skills with the ability to create engaging and professional content.

4. Social Media Management: Basic understanding of social media strategies and analytics.

5. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.

6. Analytical Skills: Basic ability to analyze engagement metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

7. Training: Preferred candidates will have completed professional training related to social media management or digital marketing, such as programs offered by Vaibhav Sinha or similar.
