About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Relationship building & management: Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents by conducting regular weekly conversations to understand their needs and provide support.
2. Client support: Address and resolve agent queries regarding the platform, ensuring a seamless and positive user experience.
3. Inventory acquisition: Work closely with agents to collect resale inventories and ensure accurate listing of these properties on the platform.
4. Operational assistance: Facilitate onboarding of new inventory and address any operational challenges agents may face.
5. Platform education: Guide agents on how to use the platform effectively, aiming to make it more self-service-oriented and user-friendly.
6. Service excellence: Deliver exceptional service to agents during the free usage phase to demonstrate the platform's value and build trust.
7. Usage growth: Strategically drive increased usage of the platform by showcasing its features and benefits.
8. Monetization transition: When the platform begins monetizing, ensure smooth fee collection while maintaining strong relationships with agents.
