Inside Sales Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Research and identify potential leads through various channels, such as social media and online databases.
2. Reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and social media to introduce products and services.
3. Assist the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations tailored to educational institutions.
4. Maintain and update the CRM system with information about leads, contacts, and sales activities.
5. Gather insights on industry trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to support decision-making.
6. Conduct follow-ups with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
7. Assist in tracking sales metrics and reporting on the effectiveness of outreach strategies.
