Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Responsible for end-to-end recruitment to fulfill the internal requirements of the company.
2. Source profiles through job portals and work on them effectively.
3. Design job descriptions, post job openings, and conduct mass mailing, while short-listing relevant profiles for successful hiring.
4. Coordinate daily with stakeholders regarding open positions and profile-related queries.
5. Understand the needs of well-established and new clients.
6. Skilled in consulting, mapping, headhunting, and referencing.
7. Deliver high-performance recruitment solutions tailored to client requirements.
8. Source candidates using various recruitment methods (job postings, job portals, references, headhunting, and personal resume collections).
9. Schedule and manage monthly recruitment drives.
10. Maintain and update the database, candidate trackers, and MIS reports on a daily and weekly basis.
