Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in recruitment processes by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support in onboarding new employees by preparing paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and updating HR databases.
3. Help in organizing training and development programs for staff members.
4. Assist in performance management processes by tracking employee goals and evaluations.
5. Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, filing documents, and drafting correspondence.
6. Contribute to HR projects and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
7. Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
