5. Schedule calls and interviews
6. Manage the calendar for all hiring teams and candidates
7. Communicate with candidates promptly and assist them when they come in for interviews
8. Use recruiting software to keep track of open roles
9. Participate in recruiting events
10. Promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
