Human Resources (HR) Internship

Job Responsibilities:-
1. Conduct comprehensive background checks on prospective employees, contractors, and vendors.
2. Verify employment history and credentials of job applicants.
3. Contact previous employers to confirm job titles, dates of employment, and job responsibilities,etc.
4. Analyze and interpret background check results, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
5. Communicate findings effectively to the HR team and hiring managers.
6. Utilize various databases and tools to cross-check information for accuracy.
7. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations.
8. Any other task, as assigned by the reporting manager/authority.
