About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Find and attract candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
2. Conduct initial screenings to understand candidate qualifications and fit.
3. Schedule and organize interviews with hiring managers.
4. Create and manage job postings on various job boards.
5. Keep the applicant tracking system (ATS) updated with candidate information.
6. Work with hiring managers to understand their needs and help find the right candidates.

Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 31st Aug'24 and 5th Oct'24

3. are available for duration of 6 months

4. have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements

1. Good written & oral communication skills. Should be able to write a basic email

2. Basic understanding of HR concepts and recruiting.

3. Familiarity with using job boards and other recruitment tools.

4. Immediate joiners would be given priority

5. Candidate must stay nearby (His traveling time to the office shouldn’t be more than 60 mins)

6. If the candidate requires leave for exams we can give leave for 10 days including exam days.
