Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
2. Support the employee onboarding process by organizing orientation sessions and preparing new hire paperwork.
3. Assist in maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
4. Help with organizing employee engagement activities and events.
5. Support the HR team in conducting training sessions and workshops for employees.
6. Assist in benefits administration and enrollment process.
7. Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 1000 per good candidate hire,perform).
