Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Identifying hiring needs for the organization and sourcing candidates from various job portals like Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, social media platforms, etc.
2. Implementing effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques
3. Sourcing accurate candidates for the open positions such as candidates with customer service, telesales, and digital marketing experience
4. Overseeing daily operations of the HR department
5. Handling the employee grievance and employee engagement activities
6. Working on the exit formalities
