Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting in the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
2. Supporting the onboarding process for new hires, including coordinating orientation sessions and preparing onboarding materials
3. Maintaining employee records and assisting in organizing HR documents
4. Participating in employee engagement activities, such as organizing events, surveys, and team-building activities
5. Assisting with the performance management process and helping coordinate employee feedback sessions
6. Providing support in HR compliance, including ensuring policies and procedures are up-to-date
7. Participating in HR projects such as talent development, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and employee wellness programs
