About the internship
As an HR intern at Decision Point, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, HR analytics, and MS Excel. Your role will involve assisting the HR team in sourcing top talent, analyzing HR data to drive strategic decision-making, and optimizing recruitment processes.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Collaborate with recruiters to source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events
2. Assist in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates based on job requirements
3. Analyze and interpret HR data using Excel to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations
4. Support in creating and updating HR reports and dashboards for management review
5. Assist in organizing and coordinating recruitment events and activities
6. Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and retention
7. Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed
